Hernon offers a selection of products for coating applications. Conformal Coating and Polycure grades provide superior bond strength to substrates and cure tack free in seconds. All Hernon conformal coatings are solvent-free and do not contain any volatile organic compounds. This allows for safe handling by workers and minimal environmental impact. This also lowers manufacturing costs. Hernon single component conformal coatings also do not require complicated mixing procedures, which can lead to more expensive dispensing solutions and costly mistakes. Conformal coatings provide electrical insulation as well as protection from environmental concerns such as moisture.

Conformal Coating grades provide a deep and near instant cure through exposure to a high intensity ultraviolet light source.

Polycure grade coatings are cured by exposure to a high intensity ultraviolet light source. The areas too deep for ultraviolet penetration or in shaded areas and can be further cured by exposure to heat.

In addition to coatings, Hernon can provide a wide variety of turnkey and custom ultraviolet light sources as well as dispensing systems.
